A fantastic hotel if you're visiting Disneyland Paris. Incredibly close by, with regular transfers to the parks. Ignore other reviews about the buses being cramped - they're no worse than a London tube at 5pm, at their very worst. Most journeys for us were easy and roomy. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and the family room featuring a bunk bed for kids is a nice touch. The lobby/bar area is amazing, very clever and sets this hotel apart from others. Arcades for if you fancy a quick game or two, and the pool and fitness equipment is great. Food is good, we had breakfast every day and it was great, and the evening dinner was excellent when we had it. Staff are friendly and helpful. There's a supermarket close by which is a ten minute walk, which offers everything for your stay if you want to get it for the room. Rooms have a safe and a small fridge. Only watch outs are as follows: 1) You can't take rucksacks/backpacks/bags into breakfast or dinner. It'd be nice to have that explained at check-in 2) Drinks are expensive from the bar, so be warned 3) Room service is available, but again you'll pay through the nose for it All in all, very highly recommend and we plan to stay again when we visit Disneyland Paris!

Rooms weren't bad, the bunk bed was great for the kids. My only complaint was with all the plumbing fixtures. The sink and shower barely drained. Service was good, any staff I talked to were friendly. Breakfast was good, had lots of options which made it easy to find something for the kids to eat. Pool was quite cold so our swim didn't last too long. Location is close to Disney which is great, the bus comes by every 20 minutes so it made it easy to get there. There aren't many options for food in the immediate area though, we ended up walking to the nearby village to find dinner the first night, it was maybe a 20 minute walk.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel for our visit to Disneyland. Staff were very polite and was very happy with our first and last days in particular, they were very welcoming friendly and helpful, and very welcoming policies such as early check in as room was ready, generous 11am check out, free luggage storage and use of pool/towels even after checkout. Hotel theme adds a magical touch to our stay without having to pay so much extra for a Disney themed hotel. Rooms clean and creative too with comfy beds. Walls/carpets a little run down in places but otherwise hotel has put the attention in the right areas so was a very pleasant stay ☺️ Food/drink is pricey but there's a nearby walkable supermarket and Uber eats is easy enough to order from too.

We stayed over the festive period. Our first Christmas away from home. We were early arriving. The hotel is well presented and certainly gives that magical Disney feel. Despite being very early we requested to hold our bags, however they had our room ready! Perfect. The room wasn't to well cleaned. But presented well enough not to complain. They're a perfect base for what we needed. We dined at the restaurant that evening. €35 for the food. The standard was fantastic. Some lovely home cooked options. Local delicacies and plenty for our kids. This was the same at breakfast. The lager needs improving! Was hard to drink. Seemed over gassed. The red wine was fantastic. We used the swimming pool which was lovely, only issue was the showers their would only run cold. Staff overall were fantastic!. Only system i didn't like was the drinks queue in the evening. Standing in a long line to be served by the same person. While 3 stand behind seemed daft. Get them all serving ! Overall despite a couple of small preferences and negatives. We loved our stay and would return. Thank you!

Decent hotel, good location, room was OK, nothing special, bed needs better pillows. Entrance and bar area nice, clean and open, but drinks and the shop are expensive. Breakfast was too busy and the layout wasn't great, no flow of people just a mass rush for everything. Free shuttle bus every 20mins to the Disneyland park was very good. It has a pool, gym and games arcades for younger ones. The hotel just needs a little updating, new lick of paint, some new furniture, better carpets, but it was perfectly OK as we were only in it to sleep, spending all day at the parks.
