Fabulous experience! Everything was impeccable, with exemplary cleanliness. The room is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay: a coffee machine, a safe, a mini-fridge, and an iron. The room offers a magnificent view. A small detail that could further enhance the experience: the inclusion of disposable slippers would be highly appreciated. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful hotel. Well kept & friendly staff. We made the mistake of checking in on our phones so didn’t initially receive information on where to go for breakfast but that was our mistake not the hotel. I loved how close it was to the parks and Disney village is so close. Very convenient. Loved the theme throughout and the scent in the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was lovely, other than that we didn’t try the restaurants or bars, there’s so much choice at Disney we just didn’t fit everything in.

Fantastic Hotel with Excellent Service Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The service was outstanding, and the staff were not only fluent in English but also incredibly welcoming and helpful. When we lost one of our passes, they replaced it instantly with no hassle. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the park, and the hotel itself is beautifully decorated with original artworks displayed throughout, adding to its charm. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options. While we didn’t dine in the hotel’s restaurants for dinner, we did order a room service pizza. Unfortunately, it was disappointing—both in taste and price. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice, especially for its service, location, and atmosphere. We would happily stay here again! Overall you can’t go wrong with this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay. Our room was dirty, but we got immediately a new room. This room was clean and everything was fine. At the restaurant Downtown, the staff was very friendly and obliging. All the staff of this hotel is just super friendly and lovely.

This place was INCREDIBLE! Easily the coolest Disney hotel we've stayed at. The detail in the rooms was great and the things to see around the hotel itself were amazing. My son loved all of the Marvel items and displays, especially getting to meet the one and only Star Lord during a meet and greet. The super hero experience was also fun to walk around and take photos with. The room itself had great water pressure, a magnified mirror, and comfortable beds. There is also a mini fridge that stays plenty cold! I was a bit put-off by the tub/shower door as it would have been better not being only half, but I understand what they were going for with design. Freya in the shop was wonderful! They were so helpful getting our photo pass set up and a scavenger hunt for around the hotel.
