This was an absolutely amazing stay. I was given two nights credit due to a previous day. Not going the greatest for what a Disney resort should be. However, the Disney French quarter Riverside resort was absolutely amazing. I made sure to request the housekeeping everyday because Disney since the pandemic has gone to every other day housekeeping but you can request it everyday and they will do it. The room was absolutely outstanding, the upgrades and new decor really make a difference. However, Riverside, the smaller pools are open all night and the French quarter only has one large pool that closes at 11:00 and opens at 10:00 in the morning. They're no longer is room service though only the Grand Floridian has that. But other than that everybody at the resort was absolutely fantastic and any requests I had we're honored. And one from the front desk was absolutely great on checkout day giving me an hour and 45 minutes extra before checking out. I highly recommend staying at the New Orleans resorts, they're one of my favorite on the Disney property.

We stayed for 1 week and absolutely loved the resort! The ambiance fit the theme so well. Our room was big enough for 2 adults and 1 teen. The bathroom was wonderfully appointed. Every cast member we interacted with had a smile. We will definitely be back!

Such a cool Disney resort location for the price. It’s one of the “mid tier” hotels but the price is about what you’d pay for a local Hilton or Marriott… plus you get the benefit of free transport & early access. A little partial, however, because we are huge fans of New Orleans proper. The decor is top notch. Definitely will stay here again. Only downside is that the bus/Lyft is your only option to get to every park. Ferry is fun to go to Disney Springs, however.

Really nice hotel within the Disney bubble. Very well maintained. Love the hotel area layout with perfectly maintained green areas and walking paths. Plenty of swimming pools in different sizes. Love the small boats that take you from this hotel to Disney Springs. This is our third stay at Port Orleans. Most likely we will return in the future :)

Came here for a staycation for a friends disney wedding. Stayed in building 2 near the water park portion. Which was good and bad. The water has a nice rain / wind white noise sound when sleeping , but then if you’re a light sleeper you’ll also hear the kids yelling. Room is always laid out in Disney fashion for design / looks. The French quarter does have that NOLA French quarter look and feel and jokingly even the occasional garbage smell like the actual French quarter. You get boat ride access to the different areas on WDW property. Shower is nice a roomy for a tall person like me. Also as of this posting the mattresses are Sealy and even for a mattress sensitive person like me I was able to get good sleep.
