Manage My Booking

If you have paid a deposit, balances are due 9 weeks before you travel when staying at Disneyland Paris, if you have booked a coach holiday to Disneyland Paris the balance is due 12 weeks before you travel. For any other holiday destination please refer to your booking confirmation or check with our customer service team.

 A balance reminder will be sent to you via email. Using our Manage My Booking tool, you can pay off your balance easily online and in instalments. To log in to Manage My Booking you will need your booking confirmation reference. Manage My Booking also allows you to view details of your trip, passenger details, your outstanding balance and your final balance due date. Once your final balance has been paid, you will also be able to download your travel documents.

Alternative Balance Payments

Alternatively you can pay your balance with a member of our Customer Care team by emailing customercare@magicbreaks.co.uk

Adding Magical Extras

If you'd like to add any magical extras to your holiday, such as Meal Plans, Character Dining, airport transfers or airport parking please give our team a call on 0330 880 5001. A member of our team will be happy to advise on the cost of these and the availability or timings; please just have your file number reference to hand.
